Graduate from top University in a Business Administration or Business Information Technology discipline with excellent grades. Outstanding candidates with an unrelated educational background will be considered on an individual basis.
2-4 years related experiencing working in Financial Services industry
Previous experience in banking or related position would be a distinct advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and cheerful nature with the desire to go above and beyond for Clients.
Fast-learner and ability to work independently in fast-paced and pressurized environment.
Client focused, solution oriented approach to problem solving.
A self-motivated and flexible team player with good interpersonal skills
He/she needs to have the aptitude to learn new skills and initiative to take ownership of problems.
Preferred/Bonus Skillset
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or basic excel macro scripting language
Business level language proficiency in either 1 of below languages

What you can expect
Function as a Workflow coordinator to review and assign APAC Fulfillment teams to implement Cash and Treasury Management solutions for new and existing Corporate Clients
Learn about Bank of America E-Banking platform: CashPro Online and deliver support for the implemented Cash and Treasury Management solutions for external clients
Perform setup changes for new/existing Corporate Clients' E-Banking platform
Ability to co-relate production issues can be a result of mis-aligned implementation setup issues
What you will do
Coordinate with CBKs/GTS Sales teams in the region to ensure all mandatory information are received before assignment
Liaise with Fulfillment Managers in the region to confirm assignment of Fulfillment Advisors via centralized tool
Perform accurate setup changes on new and existing Client's e-banking platform
Knowledge of transaction banking products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local practices offered by the bank
Ability to do real-time logging of requests and weekly report of Aging assignment cases
Prompt and accurate escalation of Client's unresolved E-Banking enquiries or complex enquiries to Tier 2 and to follow through in an end-to-end manner.
Ability to think in a swift and strategic manner to maintain high resolution rate.
Systematically gather and analyze relevant information to accurately define a problem. Solicit input from clients and business partners to produce permanent solutions rather than quick fixes
Ability to do real-time logging of support cases and month end reporting required.
