Job Description
Assisting with assessment of loan applications.
Packaging home loan applications for submission to lenders.
Researching different lender policies and processes.
Completing servicing calculations on various calculators.
Identify and follow up outstanding loan application items.
Having an in-depth knowledge of home loan products and credit assessment.
Customer data entry and online lodgement of loan applications.
Ongoing loan management from application through to settlement.
Ordering valuations.
Qualifications
Bachelor of accounting & finance
Experience with MY CRM (software)
