- Assists the Project Manager/ Office Manager in properly implementing the Admin-related policies, procedures pertaining to project site.
- Controls the overall cost efficiency of the project through design review, introduction of Value Engineering initiatives, and possible change orders
- Ensures that all materials and equipment required by the project are ordered and delivered on time
- Supervises all aspects of office engineering including quantity surveying, design coordination, cost and planning/scheduling of project.
- Performs other job-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with license
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same capacity
Organizational and Supervisory skills
Associate / Supervisor Architecture and Engineering Construction 4 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
