JOB DESCRIPTION
Encode / generate the electrical materials at Dispatch for all new installations
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the VP Sales and Marketing
Encodes ALL new FHBAS Sales Orders, FDAS, KFSS & new PM Services in the Dispatch
In charge of ALL residential, commercial & chain accts documentation and down payments prior to endorsement to Accounting and Installation Group
Send and follow up billings and ensure efficient collections of newly completed accounts (50% balance for commercial chain/non-chain & residential).
