- Prepares payroll
- Liquidates project expenses
- Performs administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Consolidates and monitors the documents/database
- Other tasked as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Familiarity with office management systems, and payroll.
- Preferably, experience as office staff, human resource officer
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Computer literate and proficient in google workspace
- Posses soft skills such as responsible, follows instructions, observes timeliness and attendance.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
