OFFICE STAFF SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Provides efficient administrative and office admin support services to sales and marketing group and to promote the company's products and services using various venues and marketing methods. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answers all incoming telephone inquiries according to company standards and procedures.
Responds promptly (within 24 hours) to customer's requests for information received through e-mail, fax, SMS or voice mail and other social networking sites (SNS).
Initiate outgoing calls in accordance with procedure, assist with outbound marketing campaigns and encourage customer feedback in order to improve the company's services.
Collects and record accurately the customer/s information, and where necessary, complete timely referrals to either internal or external service points using agreed means of information transmission.
Receives and respond to inquiries across a wide range of the company's products and services, and act as the initial point of assessment for eligibility.
Contributes for the overall daily activity and result of the sales admin department.
Provides general administrative support such as mailing, faxing, photocopying, information storage and printing.
Receives items delivered in head office and coordinates with different departments.
Proactively calls the existing customers if they have additional or new orders.
Assists in follow ups of collection/account receivables for accounts handled.
To provide general administrative support such as mailing, faxing, photocopying, information storage and printing.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Computer literate, Coordinating skill, Negotiating, Logistics and Warehouse Management, Handling Difficult customers, Good Communication Skill.
Willing to be trained for the position. Open-minded and has positive outlook in life.
At least 6 months relevant work experience
