1. Provides full clerical and admin support to the department.
2. Able to create and compile effective written correspondence.
3. Maintains an extensive filing system.
4. Communicates with internal and external customers.
5. Office organization - coordinates diaries, schedules, meetings, travel itineraries, flight arrangements etc.
6. Able to communicate and assist customers that comes in the office
7. Assist the Assistant Branch Manager
8. Does all the paperwork such as but not limited to:
-Doing the log of the Sales Invoice
-Accounting Account
-Verify Sales Report
bachelors degree
at least 1 year experience
good in verbal and written communication skills
