Determine cost estimations, complete budget and project schedules
Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawing and plans
Oversee the design and building of construction project
Assess different documents relating to construction projects
Lead, direct and collaborate with the construction teams
Assess completed projects to ensure all guidelines and specifications are met
Performed as-built measurements of the building
Prepared gantt charts for construction schedule
Created presentations showing the progress of building construction
Provided cost estimation for a housing project
Performs other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be a Team player
• Must have an experience conducting Structural analysis
• Preferred have 1 to 3 years related work experience
