QUALIFICATIONS:
Male / Female, Fresh Graduates with any degree
No ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching experience required
Must have a good command of the oral and written English language
Must have the passion to teach English to students with international cultural backgrounds
Must be a go-getter, a team player and result oriented
Highly motivated and must have the drive to succeed
Adequate computer and internet skills
Willing to work in shifts even on weekends
JOB DESCRIPTION
Teach basic conversational English to Japanese students
Provide communicative one-on-one lessons based on the curriculum uniquely created by the company
Provide feedback or reports to students in oral and written form.
Teacher self-improvement programs: You will be required to attend periodic orientation courses, training programs, and staff meetings.
Perform job-related tasks that positively impact learning effectiveness.
Adhere to established company quality guidelines on performance and evaluation.
