Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.
We have 450+ staff and are aiming to grow to 1000 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.
Job Description
Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification, responding to client queries, to solution definition, proposal creation, setting expectations on terms, to negotiations, contracts, and finally, to handover to the Recruitment team
Manage incoming flow of Marketing leads generated through website forms, incoming email, and phone calls to qualify and convert into new clients
Build and maintain relationships with potential key executive level stakeholders
Maintain sales quotas, targets and activity level as determined by management
Document each customer contact and maintain client information in Salesforce
Qualifications
5+ years experience in business development
Experience within the BPO, offshore staffing or recruitment industry
Exceptional spoken and written English
Track record building relationships at "C" level
Likeable and outgoing personality
Experience structuring and winning large deals
Hunger and passion for winning deals
Charismatic
Experience selling to international companies
Ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision
Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales quota
