Nature of Business: The successful candidate will be working exclusively for a
Real Estate Agency in Australia.
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (fixed)
07:00 AM to 03:00 PM
08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (subject to client discretion)
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Inbox and Calendar Management
CRM and Database Management
Email Response
Answer and/or make follow-up calls to Australia
Prepare and send reports, proposals, notices, agreements, and contracts
Update spreadsheets, checklists, and folders
Coordinate with other staff members, project contractors, coordinators, etc.
General Data-Entry and Research
Basic Bookkeeping / Invoicing / Chasing up payments
Upload and/or edit listings on various marketing websites/portals
Basic editing of photos, e-brochures, e-newsletters, and other online marketing collateral.
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
All other admin tasks required by the Client
SKILLS REQUIRED:
EXCELLENT ORAL & WRITTEN ENGLISH
COMPUTER SAVVY
HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAILS
EFFICIENT, ORGANIZED, AND CAN WORK UNDER MINIMAL SUPERVISION
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
EXPERIENCE IN DIFFERENT ONLINE SYSTEMS/PROGRAMS IS A MUST
Honest, punctual, and reliable
Team player and problem solver
With positive attitude and takes criticisms objectively
Confident and assertive
Real Estate experience is a plus
Virtual Assistant experience is a plus
