OFFICE ARCHITECT
 
Job Duties:
 
Supporting architectural and design tasks, particularly through AutoCAD drafting and project documentation, while also providing direct administrative and personal support to the President
Authorities & Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and other design tools.
Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, permits, contracts, and specifications.
Support the design team in preparing presentation materials, reports, and project updates.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors for project requirements, under supervision.
Conduct basic research related to building materials, zoning regulations, and site constraints.
Organize and file company documents, presentations, and confidential materials.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up correspondence.
Assist in the coordination of internal meetings and external stakeholder communications.
Handle personal errands and tasks for the President, as required.
Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent (Licensure not required).
Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design tools (SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document formatting.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
