Role/Department Description:
Responsibilities:
· Attend internal department training
· Performs responsibilities associated with the creation of products and content quality
o Ensures scope of any request is clear
o Provides sufficient updates to stakeholders and meets target times
o Handles and resolves client queries
o Troubleshooting & Resolving issues/failures
o Understands escalation protocols for extraordinary issues
o Communicates gaps in guidelines and documentation
o Completes client queries
o Meets target productivity points and adheres to quality standards
· Interacts with different internal teams
· Interacts with benchmark data provider
· Uses proprietary software to query data
· Composes client communication and product documentation
Required Skills:
· At least 2 years of work experience
· Experience working on RPDs and/or workflow is an advantage for Internal Candidates
· Undergraduate degree in Commerce / Business Management/ Finance/Accounting /Economics or equivalent
· Be able to effectively understand the content/market (s) handled
· Computer Literacy Effectively use the database and software for collection and processing of content/data
· Numerical skills To ensure understanding of the financial data to be collected and/or processed
· Analytical skills and detail orientation to ensure accuracy of data
· Knowledge of financial markets and accountancy (as needed) To ensure effective understanding of assigned content/market
