PURPOSE
The Occupational Health Nurse attends to the health and safety needs in the workplace. Their practice focuses on promotion and restoration of health, avoidance of illness and injury, and protection from work-related and environmental hazards. They are also tasked to do COVID Antigen tests among employees in coordination with the Occupational Health Physicians.
JOB DESCRIPTION
DATA PRIVACY COMPLIANCE
» Ensure safekeeping of all patient's medical records and adhere to the Data Privacy Policies
» Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure that all information is collected in conformity with the organization's data privacy and confidentiality standards
ANTIGEN TEST ACTIVITIES
» Participate in the planning and execution of company activities (Antigen test, Vaccination, etc.) to effectively promote health and wellness among the employees
» Adhere and comply to the Local Government Unit's health and safety protocols
PATIENT CARE
» Coordinate and deliver services and programs
» Encourage employees to take responsibility for their own health through health education and disease management programs, such as smoking cessation, exercise/fitness, nutrition and weight control, stress management, control of chronic illnesses, and effective use of medical services
» Provide patient care and health assessment for monitoring and emergency situations
» Participate in regulatory and organizational audits and health and safety committees

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
» With Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medical Technology
» With valid PRC License
» For RN, with BOSH-OHNAP Certificate is an advantage
» With at least 6 months significant work practice
» With working expertise and practice in Basic Life Support and DOLE's OSHS Standards
