Job Responsibilities:
General
To perform first aid management/ primary or urgent care to employee/s with immediate or non-immediate medical/ health issues
Participates in developing adequate healthcare programs
Verify APE results and conduct referral to employees who needs to submit a Fit to Work clearance.
Safe-keep medical supplies and tools and ensure all are in good working conditions.
Operation
Create and execute cost-saving strategies
Assist HR team to promote healthy lifestyle and personal grooming to employees and customers
Assist HR team and Ads and Promo Department in maintaining the company's image and reputation at all times
Safety and Security
Participate in the design of controls and surveillance of actual and potential health and safety hazards, disaster control, fire prevention programs, etc. and give suggestions for the improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the employees
Care, maintenance and aseptic condition of clinic surroundings, facilities, equipment, instruments and supplies
Administrative
Assist HR in terms of Recruitment, Documentation, and Monitoring
Organized and keep the S.H.E Committee active at all times
Prepares payment for HMO utilization and membership fees
Prepares DOLE reports such as Annual Medical Report and Employee Work Accident Illness Report
OTHER TASK MAY BE GIVEN FROM TIME TO TIME
Job Qualification:
Must be a Registered Nurse
With BOSH/COSH Certifications.
With at least 1-year experience being a company nurse
Proficient in giving immediate medical assistance.
MS Office Proficient
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
