Occupational Health Nurse as clinic coordinator for baguioReliance Healthcare

Duties and Responsibilities:
Will handle accounts from simple to complex type of account
Monitoring of Clinic staffing ( attendance and clinic operations standard compliance)
Entails in preparing and organizing work schedule to make sure that the required/appropriate number of personnel and staff are on duty in any given schedule/shift
Monitor compliance of RNs and MDs to ActiveOne standard processes and procedures specifically with regard to customer service and other staff behavior policies.
Maintain records of staff performance relative to SLAs
Attendance monitoring (Punctuality/Tardiness)
Plotting of schedule
Approval of leaves
Sourcing of reliever as needed
Responsible for making sure that staffing issues are responded to within a reasonable period.
Develop work schedule and allocate employees to different duties/shift
Help in the process of hiring
General work timekeeping/scheduling
Work with payroll department to ensure appropriate employee concerns settlement
DTR filing (for relievers)
Prepare and submit required client reports in coordination with Reports Team
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a occupational health setting, business operations and/or administrative role
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Ability to thrive under a flexible work schedule environment
Must be residing in Baguio City
