Job Title: Observation Associate II
Job Description
All interested day shift agents:
We have Full Time openings for the Customer Experience Analytics Observation Team
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Listen to calls and/or read chats and emails and summarize the conversation of the agent and the customer
Assess customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) by filling out Observation Forms to support Customer Experience Analytics teams
Candidate Profile:
Effective written communication skills, ability to write clearly in English and distill a complex interaction into a easy to understand summary
Must be keen and attentive to details
Team-oriented; Self-motivated
Basic knowledge in set up and troubleshooting of computers
Must be proficient with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be willing to work Full time
Must be willing to work on a fixed schedule, from Tuesday to Friday
Must be willing to work 4 days/11 hours a day (1 hour lunch break included)
Start time is between 5AM and 7AM. Start time will be 6AM during training period. Must be willing to start shift at 5AM whenever required for project meetings (will receive notice at least day before)
