Job Description
Responsibilities
Delivery of technical support to Tech Programmes, Projects, and BAU maintenance activities
Planning, testing, and implementation of all O365 changes as per the Change Policy and Procedure
Release and Patch Management of all products within the O365 portfolio
Use network deployment tools to install and uninstall various applications
Azure and Active Directory maintenance including evolving and implementing existing standards
Restore of O365 mailboxes, sites, and metadata from cloud-based backup
Microsoft Teams administration with the goal to increase overall business engagement and end user adoption
Monitor the Service Desk and provide 1st/2nd line support to staff at all levels throughout the group
Documentation and Governance
Manage various SaaS licenses to ensure compliance
Automated deployment of software applications, security patch management and end-point configuration.

Qualifications
As a result of continued growth, we have an amazing opportunity for a Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Engineer to join our global team and focus on the end to end administration of our global Microsoft Office 365 platform as part of our continuous improvement of our Modern Workplace environment.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate strong operational experience including proven experience working with IT suppliers. You must be able to offer subject matter expertise and be proficient in being able to demonstrate a clear understanding, administration, and development of the Microsoft Office 365 platform.
As a specialist Microsoft Office 365 engineer, you will have extensive knowledge of the stack of Microsoft Office 365 products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of Exchange, PowerApps, PowerBI, SharePoint, and legacy versions of Microsoft Office would also be of benefit for this role.
In addition, it would be an advantage if you have Migration experience i.e. migrating mailboxes away from Exchange (on-prem), to Exchange Online utilising native or third-party products.
This is an opportunity to be involved in a large-scale IT transformation for an Enterprise environment with the opportunity to get involved in existing projects, BAU, and future M&A integration projects.
