Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls for concierge services
Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment.
Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Must be a registered nurse with a valid PRC license
Must have worked in a medical institution or healthcare account within the last 12 months
Strong medical knowledge in pre-filling medication profile and ICD-10 diagnosis coding 
Clear speaking voice
Good English communication skills - both written and verbal
BPO experience in a medical account an advantage 
Strong customer service skills
Strong administrative skills - Accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role.

Willing to work full-time night shift
