Acquire BPO is currently looking for Number Transfer Analyst to support us, RingCentral:
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
·Prepare Local Service Request (LSR) utilizing carrier applications and carrier interfaces.
Submit, track and document LSR orders to Local Exchange Carriers, using various internal and external systems.
Monitor submitted LSR orders to ensure Firm Order Confirmation (FOC) is received within regulated timeframes and resolve order rejects within a timely manner and escalate as needed.
Responsible for creating and activating telephone number subscriptions in SOA / NPAC.
Coordinate requests for Hot Cuts with various departments within the Company.
Proactively manage internal system milestones, carrier issues and order supplements to ensure order completion within established time-sensitive intervals.
Utilize trouble-shooting techniques to escalate and resolve order jeopardies of a simple and complex nature with ILECs/CLECs.
Identify solutions to challenges that will make LEC Services more effective and efficient with openness to creativity, innovation, and change.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel.
Knowledge of common Local Number Portability systems will be helpful.
Solid time management, organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and analytical skills.
Mature judgment and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Flexible, Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
·At least College Level
At least 2-3 years of working experience in Technical Support is required for this position
Preferable with experience in chat, handling multiple windows
Excellent English communication skills
Basic Knowledge on VOIP, networking, routers and modems
Strong customer service orientation
Experience configuring, updating and supporting VOIP solutions in a multi-location environment is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a highly demanding, team-oriented and fast paced environment
Networking, IT or telecommunications certification is a plus
Applicants must be amenable to work at night
