RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BPO CALL CENTER AGENT:
• Provide information for incoming customer queries.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Assist with account inquiries, placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
TO QUALIFY:
• Candidate must be a High School graduate. Preferably (but not required) with a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
• Must have at least 6 months of call center experience
• With good to excellent English communication skills
• With typing speed of at least 35 wpm
• Willing to work in QUEZON CITY
