Job Description The position is the initial contact for consumer conversations feedback, issue resolution, records case information and data across multiple channels. The nature of the job includes review information's / comments / images / emails other details posted by the customer - ensuring that is genuine and does not offend the liberty of anyone. Protects customers content from any malware, phishing and spam which can cause a threat to their work or personal life. The Agent is accountable for customer satisfaction by achieving certain prescribed, measurable performance goals on a daily basis.
