Summary
The Non trade receivable staff basically analyzes DSC report of salesman for accurate shortages and overages reporting.
Job Description:
Determine bread difference from DSC issued against documents validated by revenue accounting.
Analyzes cash difference entered by cashier against actual cash invoices validated by revenue accounting.
Assign from time to time in receiving SFA transactions in SFA module of pending documents.
Handle shortages reconciliation of salesman and follow up them in timely submission of all compromised documents after recon.
Determines and analyzes the shortage/overages per salesman.
Reports any irregularities in sales transactions.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy
Should have at least one (1) year experience in encoding functions
With good communication and presentation skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
Must be willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
