Educational: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any 4 years related course
Experience: Minimum of 1 year working experience as NOC Engineer or any experience related to Information Technology Support
Skills/ competencies (at least 3 of the following)
Working knowledge in IT Networking
Working experience in Server and Storage Support
Working knowledge in Application Support
Expert in the use IT systems monitoring tools - Solarwinds, NewRelic, HP OVO, PRTG, etc.
Knowledgeable with Saas and cloud based systems
Willing to do call support functions
Must have strong analytical skills
Languages: Above average communication skills (written and verbal)
Willing to work on flexible and extended shift schedules
Has a stable internet connection
Temporary Work from Home until June 2021.
Work location: Laguna Technopark, Sta Rosa, Laguna
Salary: PHP 17,000 - 18,000 monthly
