Your Day-to-Day:
Interact with clients via phone, email, or chat to resolve concerns and provide product/service support
Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-focused service on every interaction
Follow company processes and customer service protocols
Maintain accurate and detailed client records
Share feedback with teams to improve services and client satisfaction
We're Looking For:
High school or senior graduates are welcome for this role
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Friendly, proactive, and client-focused attitude
Basic computer navigation skills
Open to all courses and backgrounds-no previous experience needed
Residing in or willing to work on-site at our Davao location
