MINIMUM JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Shifting Schedule
- Customer Service Representative (DIGITAL ADS SALES SPECIALIST)
- Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Completed at-least 2 yrs. In college
2. Minimum of 2 yrs. BPO Experience
3. At least 1yr. of SALES, COLLECTIONS, or CUSTOMER RETENTION experience in a BPO and/or SHARED SERVICE ENVIRONMENT
4. OPEN FOR NO BPO EXPERIENCE - But with At least 2 years Experience in Sales, Advertising/Marketing
5. Account Management Experience is a plus
6. Strong Verbal and Written English Communications Skills
7. Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
8. Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics
9. Familiarity with online advertising products and services
10. Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
11. Can WORK in BGC TAGUIG / Rest assured that Security & Health is topnotch in the work place, Social Distancing, Sanitation, Mask and Face-shield are required. / ALSO POSSIBLE FOR Temporary WFH eventually due to the unpredictable circumstances caused by the pandemic so it would be better as well if you have internet at home with STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION OF 10MBPS UPLOAD AND 6MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED AND IT'S A MUST.
