Job Responsibilities: * Serves as an analyst for the security and its measures; Researches and creates plans and reports related to the Security efforts; will serve as the point of contact for any security-related issues, both internal and external
Prepares logistics for training and evaluation of security preparation and compliance; Provides relevant insights and recommendations for the continuous improvement of the Security Management
Prepares incident reports on all critical security and safety matters to be communicated to the business leaders including the Admin Leadership Team, Operations Leadership Team, and Executive Team.
Supports and assists in the creation and execution of the intelligence program being managed by the BCSM to support the safety of the employees, assets, infrastructure, & intellectual property before, during, and after a business interruption.
Consolidates and records all safety and security assessments for all ingress and egress operations related to the BCP
Suggests improvement of the process of identifying the need for new technologies and the upgrade of current security standards; Supports investigative efforts.
Creates security and safety training and awareness campaigns and programs for all levels of the organization.
Acts as a technical writer upon the creation of policies and procedures to address the organization-wide Security plans.
Conducts strategic analysis to support the company in the identification of business risks, threat, and impact
Coordinates the alignment and integration of Security measures for internal and external stakeholders
Evaluates and records compliance activities including business impact analysis, business continuity planning, conducts drills and other business continuity awareness activities
Conducts risk assessment, business impact analysis, incident response, plan development, and maintenance.
Facilitates, drives, and oversees the overall implementation of activities relating to the Security Management Program.
Coordinates with the senior management team during events or potential unplanned business interruptions and provides direction, as appropriate, in the execution of Security processes.
Oversees the planning, coordination, and scheduling of security exercises to validate plans, requirements, and overall readiness.
Assists in internal and client audits regarding security measures; Send timely internal communication of updates and trends of potential impacts
Supports the development and maintenance of enterprise security policies, standards, and guidelines through new client implementation.
Facilitates timely completion of security-related deliverables across SupportNinja enterprise.
Develops and establishes ongoing awareness and training programs for employees.
Provides recommendations to help mitigate identified risks through the appropriate use of technical, procedural, and administrative controls.
Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years experience in Physical Security in the BPO setting
Certified Security Professional is a plus.
Safety Certification is a plus.
CCTV operations training certification is a plus.
Has a background in Access Door Controls systems administration.
Proficient in MS Office or similar applications.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Must be able to practice utmost confidentiality.
A high level of analytical skills is required
Knowledge of the accurate process, policies, and communication trail creation is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
