This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling participants for the audit, interviewing new hires, collating and analyzing results, and generati PRIMARY FUNCTION The New Hire Audit Specialist is responsible for executing the New Hire Audit program. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling participants for the audit, interviewing new hires, collating and analyzing results, and generating reports. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Coordinate with the Recruitment Onboarding team to create a calendar of New Hire Audit (NHA) participants. Coordinate with client-side people managers to request for new hires to participate in the program. Coordinate with new hires for individual NHA schedules. Coordinate with facilities providers for room and facilities reservations. Interview each participant regarding each step in the onboarding process. Discern and capture data accurately. Review data captured per batch and analyze for trends. Generate periodic and group-specific reports, as well as client-specific reports based on captured NHA data. Assist the Global Recruitment Director with presentation of findings to other department heads and/or senior leadership. Review data capture and analysis tools if and when needed for process streamlining and improvement. Conduct market scope for more effective and/or efficient tools. PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALITIES Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Refined stakeholder management skills, including upward communication and client communications Strong passion for data capture, analysis, and documentation Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to details Strong organizational skills and time management, with a sense of urgency High energy, empathetic, and patient Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision Ability to quickly adapt and provide resolutions Must demonstrate initiative and a 'can do' attitude - solutions-oriented and results focused QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Graduate of any 4-year course At least 1 year of experience in recruitment with exposure to interviewing in volume Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills Strong knowledge in usage of Excel formulas Strong background in client and candidate communication and coordination Experience in using Smartsheet and/or other data analytics tools is preferred but not required Must be amenable to do swing shifts as needed, with occasional night shift
