POSITION OVERVIEW:
The New Business QA (Quality Assurance) Senior Associate is responsible in handling new application for insurance coverage that are not approved via Under Write Me (UWM) facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles New Business application processing for Case Admin team
Responsible in New Business refund processing with Withdrawn, Not Taken Up (NTU), Cancel from Inception (CFI), Postponed, Declined status.
Responsible in providing weekly report for pending New Business refund policies and in monitoring timely completion/processing of cases for refund.
Responsible in providing status of monthly suspense report.
Responsible in handling New Business inquiries & other transactions as arrange by the unit Manager/Head.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficient in MS Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good Analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
At least 2 years of experience in Insurance industry , preferably in Policy Operations
Customer service experience is an advantage
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Good communication skills: Able to communicate/handles inquiries sent to New Business by our internal partners and/or sales partners. Good analytical skills may help to proper respond on the inquiries specially on complex scenarios.
Customer Led: Uses feedback to understand customers. Knows who their customers are and acts on feedback from customers regarding satisfaction.
Deliver the vision: Is able to describe what the plans are for own role and how they link to the company vision.
People orientated: Shares and seeks support from team for outcomes, maintains communication and takes personal responsibility for involving key stakeholders
Decision making: Sorts through data and recognizes the most important and relevant facts, evaluates and chooses options by assessing them against the decision criteria.
Market led: Uses relevant market data and is aware of competitor and industry landscape and how FWD differs.
Strategy focused: Prioritizes own activities based on their importance to support the Functions strategy
Cultural alignment: Is able to find relevant information and support within the organization
