Handle approval of account applications in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy and completeness of account-opening information and requirements
Attend to walk-in customers and have an efficient queuing time
Educate customers on available products and services of COL
Assist customers from the application phase all the way to account activation and first investment stage
Handle all communication with customers for all application matters using Sales CRM
Provide accurate updates on Sales CRM/ applications
Conduct video conference with customers for information verification
Facilitate and support regular sales and marketing campaigns, programs, events, and/or functions
Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the employer
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any business-related course
Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in Sales and Customer Support; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be conscientious, detail-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of the capital markets industry is an advantage
Strong presentation and negotiation skills are a plus
