Relevant Skills: The candidate should be able to demonstrate technical and analytical skills related to the following;
Managing voice and data network systems on a wired and wireless infrastructure
Planning, configuration, installation, structured trouble-shooting and incident handling
Should be able to collaborate with clients, team members and technology partners to provide network solutions and to address client requirement
Should be able to analyze network performance based from logs, events and provide recommendations
Should be able to independently solve routine and non-routine incidents
Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills
Certifications in the IT Industry are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, Network+ and/or other valid certifications)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is expected
Technology Exposure: Should have experience working with any of the following network systems; Cisco, Alcatel, Avaya, HP/Aruba Networks, DHCP system, IP Telephony.
Related Work Experience: Should have work experience in providing solution to complex network problems and issues, design and review of network infrastructure and other related components.
