Position Summary
Responsible for the management, monitoring and maintenance of ABS-CBN's network infrastructure (including network perimeter security) in Quezon City HQ as well as its office on different provinces in the Philippines and various global offices abroad. Provision network services and establish network connectivity of users and/or systems and provide L1/L2 technical support as needed. Handle, isolate, resolve and close network-related incidents or problem
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct of isolation, resolution and closure of network related issues/concerns endorsed to IT-NMG via Kapamilya Service Portal or any other communication channel
Provide technical support of various IT-Network service provisioning like internet, LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, telephony and network security.
Provide remote/phone-in technical support to ABS-CBN provincial and global offices like USA, Canada, Australia, and others.
Accomplish IT-Network daily end of shift (network status) checklist.
Deploy and configure and commission network equipment such as firewall, switches, routers, access points and Wi-Fi controller etc. for service delivery and expansion
Manage and Monitor all network elements of ABS-CBN IT network via Solar winds network management and monitoring system.
Perform other related task that maybe assigned from time to time.
Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related degree
2-3 years experience in IT Networking
CCNA certification is preferred
Knowledge or hands on experience in Coding using any programming language
Associate / Supervisor IT and Software Entertainment / Film / News and Current Affairs / Public Service / Publishing / Digital, etc. 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
