To monitor the activity within the software and react accordingly which generally requires informing the client or a vessel via.
Watching software on monitoring screens and reacting when alerts are generated.
Sending emails, text messages, making phone calls to clients/ Vessels / coast guards etc.
Some data analysis for weekly/ monthly reports.
Attend weekly operations calls and submit daily tickets of alerts dealt with.
Must be a College Graduate
Minimum of 2 years BPO experience, preferably experienced on a blended account (voice and non-voice)
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Excellent computer skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, GIS (Geographic Information System) is an advantage.
Maritime knowledge is an advantage.
