Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Professional certifications CCNA and CCNP or equivalent
Knowledge of Data communications, IP and Network management, and monitoring tools.
In depth knowledge of the following IP routing, MPLS, IPSec, S2S VPN, TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VoIP, multicast, QoS, HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP.
In-depth Working knowledge of LAN Switching (L2 -L3), including VLANs, Private VLANs, Trunking, Etherchannel, VTP, and Spanning Tree is required.
In-depth technical knowledge of the PABX system, Voice mail, Call center, Call recorder, and Key telephone system.
Willing to work on extended hours
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Requirements
3+ years of proven work experience as a Network-Voice Engineer.
3+ years experience installing, operating, and maintaining Cisco equipment, specifically ISR, Switches, and IPPBX for small to medium businesses.
