Job Description:
Network Engineer ensure proper Network/Servers center operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help.
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Analyze and take proactive measures to ensure all the link connectivity, network devices and tools are in place to make business continuity.
Ensure maximum uptime of all the devices
Check all the device status using different monitoring tools
Required Qualifications:
Required computer skills:
Possess experience of troubleshooting, installation, configuration, documentation and operation of network and server systems
Excellent hands-on experience on enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, WAN Optimizers, DNS, network monitoring, content filtering, IPS and DDOS.
Familiar in firewall like WatchGuard and Palo Alto
Strong knowledge with various network routing protocols
Experience on Project Implementation and documentation
Hands-on and strong knowledge with Windows Servers 2012, Linux, and VoIP IP PBX like Asterisks and FusionPBX
Experience in VMWare vSphere 5.5 and 6.0, Citrix environment, Remote Desktop Applications, Cloud Management will be advantageous
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information Systems or related discipline\
With minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment.
Must possess CCNP CCNA
Experience in ITIL or ISO 27001:2001 will be advantageous
Willing to work full-time with shifting schedule

Remote Access Software: 1 year (Preferred)
Cloud Management: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Windows Server: 1 year (Preferred)
Networking: 1 year (Preferred)
