Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain local and wide area networks for Itiviti, its vendors and clients.
Maintain accurate network documentation.
Research and recommend improvements to the corporate network.
Provide tier 3 escalation for solving complex network issues.
Participate in tier 3 'on call' rotations with other network team members.
Interact on a regular basis with other members of the global network team.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years overall experience in related field, 2-3 years of experience with MiTEL IP Telephony
Cisco CCNP qualification
Hands-on network engineering/architectural experience
Experience with routing protocols and topologies (BGP, OSPF, VRF)
Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, GRE, DMVPN, DTLS)
Extensive experience with Cisco catalyst and nexus switches
Extensive experience with Cisco IOS,IOS-XE routers
Extensive Experience with Cisco wireless solutions.
Experience with ASA Firewalls
Experience with Multicast (PIM, IGMP)
Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
Experience with authentication protocols and implementations. (ISE, TACACS, RADIUS, 802.1x)
Experience with Cisco Umbrella
SilverPeak SD-WAN, Cisco Anyconnect, DNS, VMWare, AWS, Netapp, Linux, Scripting with Bash or Python
