The Network Development Specialist is responsible for providing overall business development in the brands by ensuring the best site selection and acquisition, location leadership, and trade area dominance.
The person is accountable for the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of properties for the company and its subsidiaries on a national basis. Responsible for handling major real estate projects and managing all real estate aspects including the supervision of outside consultants.
