Primary Responsibilities:
Notify all international stations regarding MEL of assigned aircraft and advise needed support and procedures
Coordinate with Network Controller to ensure that aircrafts requiring assistance from Ground Operations are accommodated
Ensure that flight schedules for next day in SkyPort match the flight schedules in AIMS
Update any changes in SkyPort such as aircraft assignment, recovery and ferry flights, downgrade and upgrade within 72 to 4 hours prior flight departure.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a bachelor's degree - preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management or any related field
Must have at least 1 year experience as Assistant Station Manager/Station Officer
Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal and manage different personalities
Must be decisive and confident in making decisions
