JOB DESCRIPTION:
NEKSJOBPH is in need of NETSUITE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE. This person will utilize best practices and methodologies to respond to and resolve support requests from customers and identify and route consulting and development requests to the appropriate departments. This consultant must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking and managing projects. The consultant will need to have balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set and be comfortable training users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to support requests within the contracted response time
• Track and manage open cases to resolution within ticketing system
• Troubleshoot issues in NetSuite and related products
• Experience interacting with NetSuite Support
• Gather client requirements and document functional specifications
• Perform system testing and end user client training
• Create / troubleshoot financial statements using NetSuite or other financial reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications
• Complete project tasks as assigned, on time and budget
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passionate about cloud-based solutions and technology.
• 2-4+ years working with NetSuite in a technical consulting capacity
• At least one (1) year functional NetSuite experience
• SuiteFoundation Certification
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
• Demonstrated understanding & experience with basic ERP system modules including core financials, OneWorld, SRP, purchasing, sales order processing and manufacturing preferred
• Thorough understanding of business processes including:
o Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Fixed Assets; Record to Report
o Revenue Recognition; Contract Renewals

• Ability to define, create and complete project deliverables with minimal guidance
• Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
• Ability to create and complete documentation and blogs
• Exhibits professionalism at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication
