Purpose:
The Netsuite Consultant will be responsible for the overall management of Netsuite
company-wide. They will also be responsible for providing project support to departments
across the business, to ensure the Netsuite function operates smoothly. Further to this,
they will be required to develop and implement customisations to enhance the Netsuite
function.
Responsibilities:
Overall management of Netsuite company-wide
Troubleshoot / rectify internal errors and issues
Develop and implement Netsuite customisations (record types, reports, page layouts and dashboards) to meet enhancements and maintenance requirements
Integrate, build and manage company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Analyse business processes and systems from a non-business point of view, suggesting improvements
Detect areas where new technology can improve day-to-day operations
Modify and customise the system to meet the demands of the company
Lead and understand the process of system integrations
Manage and communicate system updates and mass data imports and exports
Work with the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring the website and webstore links with Netsuite
Provide front-line support (day-to-day) to employees across the business with project implementation that requires Netsuite assistance
Provide training and continuous support, ensuring the business can get the most out of Netsuite
Requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Finance) OR
Information Technology
Netsuite scripting capabilities
Essential
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Deep understanding of Netsuite functionality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Demonstrated experience using WooCommerce
