Conduct automation feasibility studies
Collaborate with business and technology departments to define deliverables and develop solutions that are reusable across the organization
Develop new and/or enhance existing application or system code as assigned or provided in technical specifications
Perform the day to day functions such as running of existing programs, applications, jobs, reviewing logs for errors, writing or editing software and code, performing testing activities, and updating documentation
WFM knowledge - metrics and its formula etc.
Required Qualifications:
MUST HAVE skills / exp: Java Script, ASP .NET, C#, JQuery, MVC, Excel, VBA
NICE TO HAVE skills: Access, VBA, PowerBI, Tableau
Must have experience in building an automation from scratch using C# or Javascript.
Must have experience in working on ground up projects.
