Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, Finance or any related field.
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of proven working experience as National Sales Manager or Sales Manager preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field.
Has excellent computer, analytical, communication and people management skills.
Expert in negotiation and building business relationships
Results driven and good sales planning skills
Excellent attention to details
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to read analyze sales reports and market analysis
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within the company and in the assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with the key customers
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and develop possible improvements
6. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market oppotunities
7. Provide timely and effective solution aligned with the customers need
8. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our relationships with them through regular trade check and customer visit to all regions
9. Provide on the ground support to Area Managers and Regional Sales Managers as they generate leads and close new deals.
10. Prepare monthly sales reports and submit to Managing Director
11. Continually assess current business disribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
12. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
13. Prepare reporting as needed
