We’re looking for a National Branch Sales Manager who will:
Ultimate objective is to build sales for the branches by inspiring and equipping branch partners and personnel
Lead sales development activities and events.
Coordinate with different branches/branch operators
Ensure continuous sales performance of all branches through strategies such as dealer recruitment and promos, sales performance, tracking and monitoring.
Generate sales KPIs report to properly evaluate the effectiveness of programs against business objectives; recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year course.
Minimum 10 years experience in sales with 5 years experience in a managerial capacity gained from insurance, network marketing, direct selling or BPO industry.
Strong leadership and advanced collaborative abilities
Highly proactive and solutions driven with a very positive and can do attitude
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Willing to travel around Metro Manila branches.
