The Network Account Lead (NAL) will lead a team of Network Account Managers and is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Pfizer Philippines' strategic objectives across all channels - Retail, Private Hospitals, Distributors, and Sub-Distributors. The primary focus is to improve the availability of Pfizer's medicines and vaccines in appropriate channels.The strategic business objectives aim to increase revenue by expanding sources of business, including economic accounts, through business contracting, negotiating partnerships, and creating value propositions with business partners.Role Responsibilities
Lead business development initiatives for vaccines in the private channel through strategic partnerships.
Engage directly with C-Suite partners for key accounts, including major retail chains.
Plan and deliver budget targets for economic accounts, independently from HRMs.
Lead business projects and activities to drive positive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Market Access teams to develop execution plans for medicines and vaccines across all channels, including non-traditional ones.
Identify marketable insights through multi-stakeholder engagement to support strategic implementation of Pfizer portfolio activities.
Track and analyze private sector funding and regulations to forecast business impact, identify opportunities and risks, and inform strategic and tactical planning.
Develop and implement strategies to grow category business models and expand private channel opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in priority accounts.
Align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project integrity and direction.
Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
Support awareness activities for vaccines and disease areas in collaboration with customers.
Identify customer decision-making networks and influence structures.
Communicate insights from stakeholders to develop actionable account plans.
Disseminate information through multi- and omnichannel communication tailored to customer preferences.
Provide customer service and support through both in-person and virtual engagements.
Resolve complex account challenges related to billing and procurement.
Analyze and execute contracts with customers, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate meetings and educational sessions related to Pfizer's therapy areas.
Facilitate collaboration among customers to optimize referral structures and shared interests.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or key account management.
At least 4 years of people management experience with a proven track record of leading large teams.
Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Experience in account management or territory sales with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Experience managing major national accounts at the head office level.
Proven success in managing Pfizer priority accounts.
