JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Junior Multimedia Designer, you are responsible for all creative, design, and motion graphic tasks assigned to you by the Multimedia Designer, and by EdTechProf (the mother brand of IMAA) and its sub-brands IMAA, Change Institute, and so on, for use on all of our digital as well as offline properties.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Internal design work and production of marketing collateral, including but not limited to: social media posts, banners, GIFs, motion graphic and video assets, presentation design templates, website assets, and other materials related to the Sales, Marketing, and Promotions of EdTEchProf, or its Sub-Brands, IMAA, Change Institute, etc.;
Marketing Support, including but not limited to:
Providing Recommendations on Social Media Content, Platforms, and Content Strategies;
Identifying Content and Platform opportunities for EdTEchProf, or its Sub-Brands, IMAA, Change Institute, etc.;
Identifying, Recommending, Planning, and Production of Agile Content--or Content that is not part of the original scope of plan but would be beneficial to EdTEchProf, or its Sub-Brands, IMAA, Change Institute, etc.;
Ensuring that all the efforts on Social Media and Digital Channels are aligned with EdTEchProf, or its Sub-Brands, IMAA, Change Institute, etc..
REQUIREMENTS & CHARACTERISTICS
Must be a graduate of Communications, Marketing, Design, Arts and any related course
Must be amenable to a Hybrid work arrangement, both remote and on-site
Must be meticulous and have attention to detail
Can work with minimal supervision, and can deliver on time
Can work under pressure, with multiple tasks ongoing simultaneously
Must be familiar with design tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Figma, Canva, etc.
Familiarity with online productivity tools (namely Slack and Asana) a huge plus
