Graphic Designers in this role get to: Build the business: Create outstanding original graphic content daily to provide an authentic view into Sutherland as an employer and promote career opportunities. Set the tone: Develop powerful material that will speak across cultures and languages. Stay innovative: Continuously devise new and inspiring ways to engage candidates. Set the path to success: Work closely with internal stakeholders in Sourcing and Recruiting to understand business needs and produce exceptional work to meet those needs. Take the lead: Be comfortable working with minimal supervision, having creative input in the full lifecycle of the design process. Qualifications: Our most successful candidates will have: Previous experience in photography / videography (preferred) Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard tools and platforms (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Quark, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members work as a team-player Strong verbal and written communication skills be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner Creative and resourceful demeanor #LI-EN1
