What You Will Be Doing
Our ideal candidate will lead the conception and creation of digital video ads and image ads such as display ads, rich media ads, etc. You will collaborate with product managers, content writers and media buyers to determine the correct visual solution. We'd like to use existing product or brand guidelines when they exist to create visually striking experiences, and innovate best design practices that engage the end user on social media channels. In addition, you will help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team, using expertise in social media design, motion graphics and photography. You will understand the performance of your own creatives and understand why some work and some don't.
Motion graphics, brand animation, and video editing
Storyboard creation to animation
Content production (videography and photography)
Manage multiple deadlines
Create assets (motion graphics, GIFs, video loops, etc) for use on different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Work from concept to final output
Keep up with the latest in design, trends, and techniques
To Be Successful You Need to Have
Bachelor's degree from a top university
2-4 years experience in creating marketing campaign creatives in digital format for both mobile and web
Understanding of digital marketing best practices, particularly direct response ads.
Experience developing creatives for an international audience a plus
Experience creating ads for mobile games a plus
