Why this role exists
We're looking for a Multimedia Artist to be part of Magic's Internal Team! The Multimedia Artist will be in charge of any video requirements of the marketing team. You will be a crucial support to the timely execution and success of each video campaign and be a source of new and innovative ideas to reach the team's business goals.
What are your responsibilities:
Take a brief to grasp team's needs and specification;
Pitches ideas through regular brainstorming sessions with the Marketing Team;
Directs, shoots, and edits high-quality video content such as editorial videos, social media posts, motion graphic videos, event collaterals, and other formats;
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects;
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
Ensures visual content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality
Manages and stores multimedia assets.
Help with organic results through creative video effort
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
Experience required - Proven work experience in video editing for 2 years.
Demonstrated creative excellence in multimedia production including digital filming and editing, graphic design, and photography for 2 years.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
Knowledgeable in animation and/or motion graphics.
Experience in producing, shooting, and editing short and long-form videos
Experience in developing storyboards.
Candidates must provide a Resume and Portfolio sample to be considered.
Education required: A graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Information Design, Advertising, Visual Communication or any related course
