Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in commercial real estate properties to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.To assigned in different regions in PH.Perform preventive maintenance on Electro-Mechanical systems, panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment Inspect and maintain lighting systems, including LED retrofits and emergency lighting Service and repair electrical motors, generators, and backup power systemsMaintain building automation and control systemsPerform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units Service and maintain air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment Clean and replace air filters, coils, and other system components Inspect and maintain ductwork, dampers, and air distribution systems Calibrate thermostats and building automation controlsPerform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire suppression equipment Test and inspect fire pumps, standpipes, and hose systems Maintain emergency lighting and exit signs Service fire extinguishers and portable fire suppression equipment Inspect and test fire doors, dampers, and smoke barriersTroubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose technical problems using testing equipment Repair or replace faulty components, parts, wiring, and fixtures Respond to emergency electro-mechanical issues and power outagesQualifications:1-2 years of relevant experience in the filedNC2 or NC3 certificationWillingness to travel a few times a week within the role's designated areasLocation:Remote -Makati, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
