Another key facet of the business is delivering integrated communication campaigns for local brands covering real estate, retail and pharmaceutical accounts. The work is executed through a mix of inter-network production capabilities, local partnerships and in-house expertise. The key offerings include: Multi-platform Production Integrated Marketing Campaigns - strategy development, creative ideation, production and implementation Multi-platform design ABOUT THE ROLE The Multi-market Operations Manager will be responsible for handling the end-to-end final art management of the studio includingall production-related deliverables. This person will also be responsible for maintaining the relationships with the clients and in ensuring that their business objectives are met. In addition, the MMOM will also be tasked to supervise the team composed of producers and FA artists. Partners with the General Manager in achieving the over-all business target for the Businesss Unit (BU) Strong leadership skills to be able to develop internal and client relationships which will strengthen the value of BU's offerings Direct the team in the delivery of intensive production work Collaborates with other markets across different regions globally in delivering quality production work Consistently provide high quality of work despite volume/ key challenges set by client Deliver high level of client servicing Spot opportunities for both existing and potential clients Required Experience At least 10 years of experience in running high-volume production work (i.e. Experience in running creative hub-operations activation leadership executive producer role in television or senior agency leader running accounts with high-volume production work) A strong creative eye to help raise the caliber of the team's output Experience in leading team Highly optimistic and has demonstrated creativity in managing resources important to be very resourceful Strong client relationship Must be keen on details and prioritizes high quality of work despite volume
